I'm Leona Pham but you can call me whatever you're comfortable with, whether it's Leo, Lemons, Egg, or even Angery- I usually remember who calls me what so feel free to make up a nickname for me. I enjoy a number of things such as photo editing, stock photos, playing idol/rhythm games, making witty puns, collecting sets, and cats. I don't exactly believe I have any special talents, but I guess i'm quite good at playing rhythm games, drawing plants, and reading people's behavior change overtime. I'm quite hard to handle but once you understand and enjoy my odd antics, you'd be great friends with me.
Thank You Mendez
I have made many memories during these three years. The fun science labs, challenging tests, and the long weeks of GATE Symposium are just a few things that has made my time here at Mendez unforgettable. As I look back, I've realized how different Mendez Fundamental was three years ago- the curriculum, students, and even teachers have all changed in one way or another. I've also learned valuable life skills in many of my classes. Throughout my three years as an musician, Mr. Axtell has given us lectures and stories about him and his experience with the peer pressure of doing drugs. Mr. Cisneros was very open to us about puberty and mental health issues, always open to a talk with him. But what made my stay here at Mendez unforgettable was the students and atmosphere. Everyone respected each other, there were little incidents regarding drugs, and students here at Mendez were accepting of students of all types- difference race, gender, sexuality, etc. When I was in elementary, I did not feel as welcomed or as accepted as I do here at Mendez. I just want to thank all the students, teachers, and staff for making these years unforgettable. Thank you.
